Abstract: 脳血管障害患者は高齢のため生体免疫機能が低下している.これらの患者がメチシリン耐性ブドウ球菌(MRSA)に感染すると難治化しやすい.とりわけ,呼吸器系の感染は,喀痰や咳によって菌が拡散し,院内感染対策がとりにくい.このような患者か入院している病棟の汚染状況を調査し,感染防止対策を検討することにした. H病院の内科病棟に入院する13名のMRSA感染者の病床環境を,スタンプ法・拭き取り法で菌を採取しMRSAを分離した.また,患者から分離したMRSA菌と合わせて25株をコアグラゼ型別・パルスフィルドゲル電気泳動法(PFGE)を行った. その結果,院内感染対策の課題が明らかになった. / patients with cerebral vascular disease are so aged that their immune system are falling. If these patients are infected with methicillin-resistant staphihiliococcus aureus (MRSA), it is hard for them to cure. In particular, if they have respiratory infection, it is difficult for us to avoid hoipital infection. Because MRSA prevails with sputum and cough. So we decided to investigate a state of contamination in a ward where these patients were and to examine how to avoid hospital infection. There were thirteen patients who were infected with MRSA in the ward of internal medicine of H hospita. We collected bacterium from surroundings of these patients' beds with stamping and wiping them out. And we isolated MRSA from them. We also cimbined MRSA with twenty -five strain which was isolated from patients and carried out the experiment of coagulase type electrophoressis. As a result, we made it clear that we faced the problem of how to avoid hospital infection.
