Description: 茂木村の入り江に注ぐ若菜川(大川尻)を北浦方面の岬へと渡る若菜橋。河口付近は42間(約75m)あり、明治中期に土橋から木橋に架け替えた。右手には長崎ホテル茂木支店があった。左先には北浦へ続く道がある。 / Wakana Bridge spanned Wakana River (Okawajiri), which flows into the bay at Mogi Village, and conveyed pedestrians toward the cape at Kitaura. About 75 metres in length, Wakana Bridge spans the mouth of Wakana River. It was built with clay and soil but later rebuilt with wood. The Nagasaki Mogi Hotel was situated on the right. There is a road to Kitaura in the far left corner.
