Abstract: A県内の臨床現場の看護師が抱えているストレスの現状とその対応を明らかにするために,300床以上の総合病院に勤務する看護師長・主任・スタッフに質問紙調査を行った.対象は693名であった.その結果,1.ストレス状況はストレス項目の業務内容において,医療事故への不安が最も高かった.2.ストレス項目と対象者の属性について,業務量,業務内容のストレス項目が病棟部門,未婚者,部署勤務年数5年以上10年未満,看護師長と関連していた.職場内人間関係のストレス項目が病棟部門,未婚者と関連していた. 3.ストレスの相談相手は同僚が多かった. 4.希望する相談体制は施設外の活用であり,相談したい職種は臨床心理士が最も多かった. / Objective: Determining stress levels related to different aspects of nursing, understanding coping techniques, and determining who and what kind of support is needed. Methods: A questionnaire was administered to all nursing staff at 2 public and 2 corporate hospitals all with a bed capacity of over 300 beds. A total of 693 subjects responded. Result: 1)Nurses had an anxiety for medical accident.2)In the combined category of responsibilities, quality of job and workload, in patient, unmarried, nurses working in the same section for between 5 and 10 years and head nurses all had high levels of stress. In the human relations category, in patient and unmarried all had high stress levels. 3)Informal counselors or advisors for workplace problems and stress were usually co-workers. 4)Most workers hoped for an outside support system for privacy reasons, that included clinical psychologists.
