Abstract: The study of the artificial hand has been developed in several years. At the beginning of the sutdy the problem is on the mechanism for the material handling. Recently the control equipments such as electronic computer is added to the artificial hand system and the software as the control program is required to operate the system. In this report the geometrical problem of the artificial hand with 6 freedom is considered and the control algorithm to calculatethe input to each freedom is suggested. The method discussed here is relatively simple and it can be applied to the hand system with other freedom.
