Abstract: Requirements Specification is the problem of description. A well-defined requirement serves to facilitate the analysis and design of the required system. According to Schutz's Relevance, which was discussed in the previous paper, the framework of description for Requirements Specification is considered in order to analyze the structure of related concepts, i. e., the functional architecture, plans, scripts, subject-object schema, and cognitive map. The condition to combine Requirements Specification and Expert System is discussed on the common basis of knowledge and experience, which is characterized by Relevance structure.
