Abstract: In a vertical Bloch line (VBL) memory, the reliable propagation of VBL pairs is important for realization of this memory. This paper proposes a new propagation method. The method is composed of the current access around stripe domain heads and the bias pulse field access on straight parts of stripe domain. Bias pulse field and conductor current margins of the proposed method were calculated by a computer simulation and the proposed method was confirmed to have high reliability as well as low power consumption properties.
