Abstract: The influence given to the strain measurement accuracy of DICM when various parameters of the analysis condition etc. when the measurement condition and strain of the angle and the shutter speed etc. of CCD camera were calculated were changed was examined, and two or more digital images were tried, and in the study, the addition average processing was done, the image noise was decreased, and the improvement of the warp measurement precision was tried.
