Abstract: Individual learning-teaching form can be explained by an analogy with triode static characteristics. The significance of leveling up teacher's quality, teaching materials etc. in education can be easily understood by this theory. An interesting but natural conclusion led theoretically is that teacher's knowledge about the subject is more influential than pupil's receptiveness for learning in individual learning-teaching. This theory has been and will be very useful for elimination of difficulties in interpreting the results of the processed data originated from large classroom learning-teaching in several districts includimg remote islands in Nagasaki prefecture where is the field of the work of the NIGHT system: prefectura1-wide CMI system.
