Abstract: We can ascertained that the fresh fish, dried fish and salted fish contained also copper and zinc by dint of analysis of paper chromatography. / 長崎県下に産するマイワシとウルメイワシの筋肉にCuとZnとが含有せられることを認めた又それ等の乾製品や塩蔵品からもCuとZnとを検出した。
