Abstract: The white powder grown on the dried cuttle fish "Surume" is similar to the extract of the dried cuttlefish in constitution and they contain Betaine, Choline, Taurine, Proline, Oxyproline, Xanthine, Hypo-xanthine, Leucine, Tyrosin Trimethylamine and Tri-methylamine oxide and what not.
