Abstract: ICC study group Determination of Acidity has nearly completed a description of the schulerud procedure for the determination of the acidity in "wheat, rye, and barley, and their milling products. " But application of the procedure to corn was not yet confirmed for require modifications. For this reason we made an experiment by a request of ICC. We observed that the acidity in corn seed was determined by the nearly sameprocedure.
