Abstract: The authors have presented the half-moon shaped bolts for a fastener of high-strength steel members. In previous paper, influence of a self fastening effect on flexural rigidity of the Beam joint of single splice plate by using of the half-moon shaped bolts was shown. We were prepared to test several types of specimens of two pieces of splice plate and specimens axial in which direction of the bolt is different. The beam flange joint specimen as an application of the half-moon shaped bearing bolt was prepared. Cyclic loading tests were performed on their beam flange joints. This paper showed influence of a self fastening effect on flexural rigidity of their beam joint by using of the half-moon shaped bolts.
