Abstract: Are there really any wars of justice? Is really the war in Iraq correct and fair? This article try to proove that it is almost impossible to judge the war of justice. For this purpose, this article examine the theory on which the government of the United States justify the war versus terrorism as justice, by re-examine the concept of the terrorism, war and democracy. This article also look into the most important problem of the Japanese constitution; too much contradiction between the article 9 and the real situation that would destroy the democracy and the constitutionalism of Japan.
